10 key learnings that have changed my life
Here are ten key learnings that I’d like to share with you.
Sharing them doesn’t mean I have mastered these lessons or that I’m an expert on these topics. It simply means that, through my own experiences, I’ve gained enough insight to reflect on them and share what has truly shaped my journey. I hope these reflections might resonate with you, or perhaps even inspire you in some way.
Learning #1
Freedom starts within.
Since a young age, I’ve been on a quest for freedom. At first, I was looking outward as if it was mostly linked to external circumstances — family dynamics and heritage, surroundings, events…
Through life experiences, I have come to understand that true freedom isn’t something we find outside of ourselves. True freedom is an inner journey. It begins with doing the inner work, unlocking the parts of ourselves that hold us back, and reconnecting to the freedom already within us. And that, I believe, is probably the most important learning of my life.
Learning #2
Nature is our most powerful ally, teacher and medicine.
Nature is not just something that surrounds us — it is part of who we are. Through my own experiences, and through people who live in deep connection with the natural world, I’ve come to feel how powerful this bond truly is. It’s not something the mind can fully explain. It has to be lived, felt, and experienced. And when we do, we discover that nature supports us, teaches us, and brings us back into harmony with life itself.
Learning #3
Your intuition always leads you where you need to be.
Intuition is not about theories or concepts — it is something we live and experience. It is deeply personal — each of us must learn to recognize it, listen to it, and trust its guidance.
For me, this is still a learning process. Every day I practice trusting my intuition a little more. It’s one thing to believe it’s right — it’s another to act on it. That takes both courage and faith: the courage to trust ourselves, and the faith to let life unfold in its own way.
Yet each time I choose to follow my intuition, it guides me exactly where I need to be — often in ways I could never have planned.
Learning #4
Spirituality is meant to be embodied.
Spirituality isn’t about abstract ideas or concepts — it comes alive when we embody it in daily life. Through my own exploration over the past years, and by observing how spirituality is expressed in the world, I’ve realized that it becomes real and tangible only when lived and integrated into our everyday life.
We are all spiritual beings. We can live without consciously nurturing this dimension of ourselves, but when we choose to cultivate it and embody it, it reveals its full power and meaning. It becomes part of the way we show up in life — in every action, every choice, and every interaction — supporting and enriching our life journey.
Learning #5
Life happens in the present moment.
Life unfolds in the present moment. Yet it often slips away when our mind clings to the past or rushes ahead into the future.
For me, the present moment holds a special meaning because it’s where my natural gifts come alive. In my work, whether in person or online, I guide people through processes of change and transformation, which can only unfold in the present. Over time, I’ve come to see that this same quality of presence matters just as much when I work on my own as when I’m with others. Whether I’m creating, reflecting, or accompanying someone through their journey, it is in being fully here, with myself or with another, that my abilities find their deepest expression.
When I embrace the present in this way, something almost magical happens. Presence brings me alive, deepens connection, and allows me to offer the best of myself to others and to the world.
Learning #6
Love is a powerful energy.
Love is not just a feeling — it is a powerful, infinite energy, always present within and around us. It is vast, beyond any definition or absolute truth. But from my own experience, I know this: when we open ourselves to love, everything shifts.
It begins with self-love. When we learn to open our heart to ourselves, our relationship with ourselves transforms. From there, the way we connect with others and with life also changes, often in profound and transformative ways.
Love has the power to heal, to open doors, and to create deeper, more authentic relationships. And it all begins within.
Learning #7
Each person is unique — and so is their path.
We are all constantly exposed to countless ideas, teachings, and advice from others. Books, conversations, and experiences can all be rich sources of inspiration. But when it comes to our own challenges, healing, or growth, there is no universal “magic recipe.”
Every path is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. That’s why it’s so important to feel for yourself what truly resonates, what aligns with your journey, and what you are ready to embrace. The guidance of others can be valuable, but your own discernment — your inner authority — is what ultimately guides you. True freedom begins when you trust that inner compass and choose your way consciously. That is where your uniqueness shines.
Learning #8
We all have something unique to share with the world.
Each of us carries a special gift to offer — something that can contribute, create harmony, and make a meaningful difference. It doesn’t need to be extraordinary or make us famous. True contribution is often subtle, personal, and deeply impactful.
For me, discovering my gift came from exploring my own capacities, testing my strengths, and understanding what resonates with me. Only then did I begin to see how I could share and serve in a way that feels authentic.
Everyone has their own gift to offer. The world needs it — and it’s up to each of us to discover, nurture, and share it.
Learning #9
Everything happens for a reason.
This is something we hear and say often, and for good reason. Even when things don’t make sense in the moment, I’ve learned that in time, they often reveal their meaning. Looking back, I can see how even the most challenging experiences were guiding me toward growth, new perspectives, and unexpected opportunities.
Learning #10
Surrender makes life magical.
Surrendering to life can feel challenging, yet it brings immense freedom, healing, and joy. Surrender doesn’t mean being passive or giving up — it’s the ability to focus on what we can truly master: ourselves, our choices, our presence, and the ways we contribute to the world.
At the same time, surrender is about letting go of the need to control what we cannot: how future events unfold, how others act, or how larger systems, communities, or life itself behave. It’s about releasing attachment to specific outcomes, trusting the natural flow, and allowing life to unfold in its own rhythm.
When we balance these two aspects — mastering ourselves and letting go of what we cannot control — life opens up in ways that can be truly magical. Surrender is ultimately about trusting the unknown and the greater intelligence of Life itself, and in that trust, we discover the fullness of life.
Each path is unique
These ten learnings are not meant as rules or universal truths — they are simply reflections from my own journey.
My hope is that they spark something within you - an awakening, a resonance, or an invitation to explore. After all, each of us is walking a unique path, and the most valuable learnings are the ones we discover and embody for ourselves.
